LabDiet® JL Rat and Mouse/Auto 6F is a 6% fat, complete life cycle diet formulated to meet the nutritional requirements of maintenance, breeding and lactation of rats and mice. The 5K67 is similar in ingredients and nutrient composition to the 5K52 which is the primary formula used by The Jackson Laboratory. This diet is fortified with vitamins to compensate for loss during autoclaving and contains silicon dioxide which reduces clumping. This diet is formulated using managed formulation, delivering Constant Nutrition®. This is paired with the selection of highest quality ingredients to assure minimal inherent biological variation in long-term studies.
